The purpose of this blog is to chronicle what happens in the kitchen during our Persian food cooking sessions. Additionally, we would like to display how delicious and healthy Persian cuisine is. Hopefully, we can inspire others to cook the dishes displayed.
At times preparation for Persian dishes can be time consuming, however, the results are well worth the effort. We always use fresh ingredients purchased from our local Farmers’ Market.
Our recipes showcase the versatility of Persian Cuisine by featuring a variety of dishes that can also be easily converted into vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly in order to be enjoyed by all.
